Technician (JETOUR)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
   
   • Perform repair and maintenance work based on Repair Orders (RO) following manufacturer specifications and service standards.
   
   • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures.
2. Diagnosis and Problem Resolution
   
   • Conduct accurate inspections and identify root causes of vehicle issues.
   
   • Perform effective repairs to achieve first-time fix and reduce repeat jobs.
3. Tool and Equipment Management
   
   • Maintain all tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment in proper working condition.
   
   • Ensure proper usage, storage, and calibration as per company guidelines.
4. Minor Troubleshooting
   
   • Handle basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting efficiently.
   
   • Provide immediate solutions where appropriate, ensuring safety and reliability.
5. Workshop Upkeep and Safety
   
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
   
   • Comply with all company SOPs, quality standards, and safety policies.
6. Productivity and Efficiency
   
   • Work towards achieving targets in labour utilization, productivity, and efficiency.
   
   • Contribute to overall workshop performance and customer satisfaction.
7. Ad-Hoc Assignments
   
   • Support additional operational duties and assist superiors as required.
   
   • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma in Automotive or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in vehicle repair and servicing.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
4. Ability to operate workshop tools and heavy equipment safely.
5. Good physical condition and attention to detail.
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
