Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency, and labour sales through effective utilization of management tools.
  2. Ensure smooth handover of vehicles to Service Advisors, with all customer requests attended to as promised.
  3. Plan daily workshop loading, scheduling, and systematic allocation of repair orders to respective team leaders.
  4. Liaise with team leaders to identify training needs and nominate suitable technicians for relevant technical training programs.
  5. Ensure efficient warranty administration with strict compliance to Jetour's warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and reports on job distribution, handover, and operational challenges to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superiors when required.
  8. Sustain customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service, timely responses, and consistent follow-ups, contributing to the overall service retention rate.
  9. Ensure dealership operations adhere to Jetour's internal standards, environmental, and safety compliance procedures.
  10. Maintain a skilled and motivated workforce through continuous employee development and positive workplace culture initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in a related field.
  2. At least four (4) years of working experience in the automotive industry.
  3. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
  4. Independent and able to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  6. Responsible, meticulous, and possess a positive working attitude.
