Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, assisting them with product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. The role includes greeting customers, promoting products, handling transactions, and maintaining a neat and organized store environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
