As an Inventory Intern, you will support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business and inventory processes.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing important documents, reports, and records for business continuity and reference.
  • Work closely with the inventory and operations team to understand real-world workflow, challenges, and solutions.
  • Help ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time to prevent disruption to operations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks and mini-projects assigned by your supervisor — a great chance to gain exposure and learn new skills.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related fields.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly personality, good teamwork, and strong willingness to grow.
