Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Industrial Engineer located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Implement and oversee the deployment of Global Industrial and Systems Engineering standardization systems that support the F3 initiatives.
  • Standardize methodologies and processes for factory layout mapping and space analysis processes
  • Establish standardized Industrial and Systems Engineering applications to analyze space and layout design processes, ensuring the factory layout planning methodology is deployed according to defined and documented blueprints.
  • Leverage technical expertise to facilitate Factory Layout Mapping activities and standardization of processes related to standards management, resource optimization, and productivity performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, systems engineering, operations engineering, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 8 -10 years of relevant hands-on experience in engineering roles, and supervisory and project facilitation experience
  • Ability to facilitate and drive projects in alignment with business initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex situations across multiple areas within the industry.
  • Must be able to support different time zones and demonstrate willingness to provide on-site mobility support as needed.
