Job Responsibilities:
- Champions service performance (complaint handling, customer experience, handling customers enquiries)
- Oversees the Day to Day Activities for DuitNow QR emails and ensuring emails are replied to customers within the turnaround time.
- Represent HLB in relationship building with community.
- Process improvement and cost down initiatives.
- Assist in testing and development activities.
- Assist end to end development effort to ensure projects are managed within timeline.

- Malaysian Citizen
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in related field.
