Job Summary

NCSM is seeking a meticulous and motivated Account Executive to support our Finance Department. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily finance operations, accurate documentation, and reliable reporting for the organisation and its branches. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Cash Flow

  • Prepare and update the organisation's cash flow reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the Finance Manager.
  • Monitor inflows and outflows to support financial decision-making.

Payment Processing

  • Prepare payment vouchers for all payments scheduled for release.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth processing and approvals.

Payment Receipt Management

  • Email and distribute payment receipts to vendors, donors, and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receipts for audit and reconciliation purposes.

Administrative Expense Coordination

  • Work with the Admin Department to collect monthly administrative expenses from all branches.
  • Prepare a complete expense listing and submit to the Finance Manager for monthly reporting.

Document Management & Filing

  • Maintain proper filing for all accounting documents and supporting materials.
  • Ensure all documents for all seven (7) subsidiaries/branches are well-organised and easily retrievable.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software (SQL - preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,600.00 per month
