Responsibilities:


• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents, including commercial contracts, tenancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other related agreements.


• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the company.


• Provide legal guidance to business stakeholders across multiple areas such as corporate, commercial, regulatory compliance, employment matters, data privacy, dispute resolution/litigation, and matters relating to emerging technologies (Cloud, SaaS, AI, etc.).


• Maintain an organized contract repository and support legal documentation for corporate exercises, including due diligence processes.


• Liaise with internal departments and external legal firms on legal issues, disputes, and advisory matters.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.


• Minimum 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Advocate & Solicitor.


• Strong background in corporate, commercial, litigation, banking, leasing, and property-related matters.


• Highly disciplined, responsible, and self-driven with a dynamic and proactive attitude.


• Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
