Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Growth & Partnerships Manager (Mobility Tech)
to drive the success of our ride-hailing platform. This role blends product ownership with business development responsibilities, focusing on growing platform adoption, managing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and external partners to shape the product roadmap and scale our business ecosystem.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy within ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and two-sided marketplaces (drivers and passengers).
  • Experience managing commercial partnerships and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Solid grasp of product lifecycle management, agile practices, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for financial services, PSP, and payment-related products.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the ride-hailing platform, balancing user experience, driver operations, and commercial objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, merchants, logistics providers, and government or transport agencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver new features and improvements aligned with market needs.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand user base, driver network, and market share.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive go-to-market initiatives, promotions, and ecosystem campaigns.
  • Analyze operational and market data to optimize product performance and revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and mobility innovations to inform product decisions.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across business development, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or ride-hailing/mobility technology environments.
  • Familiarity with transport regulations, licensing, and ecosystem partnerships in Malaysia.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations, platform scalability, and mobile app products.
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial and operational execution.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building partnerships from the ground up.
