Responsibilities

  • Plan, arrange, and manage daily/weekly live host schedules
  • Source, recruit, and coordinate live hosts (in-house or freelance)
  • Ensure live sessions run smoothly according to the schedule
  • Liaise with internal teams to align live content and campaigns
  • Monitor host attendance, performance, and compliance with guidelines
  • Prepare backup arrangements in case of last-minute changes or no-shows
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business/ E-Commerce.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills to quickly address technical issues during live.
  • Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
  • The capacity to handle unexpected challenges and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure a smooth livestream experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
