About the role

Seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join our growing team at BOON HUA MOTOR SDN. BHD.' in Selangor. As a Live Host, you will play a crucial role in captivating our audience and driving sales through exceptional on-screen performance and customer interaction. This full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your talents and drive success within our New Business Development division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver compelling live-stream presentations to showcase our products and services
  2. Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions and building rapport
  3. Promote featured products and services, highlighting their unique benefits
  4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop engaging content and scripts
  5. Continuously improve your performance and on-screen presence to drive higher conversion rates
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries in a professional manner

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with a confident, charismatic on-screen presence
  2. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the ability to engage and connect with viewers
  3. Proven experience in a sales, marketing or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  4. Keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively promote products and services
  5. Adaptability and the ability to think quickly on your feet to address viewer questions and concerns
  6. Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  7. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
