We are seeking a responsible and proactive individual to join our growing startup team. This dual-role position will involve managing daily warehouse operations while supporting deliveries and collections. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to help build the new warehouse in Johor Branch from the ground up.

Job Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Rider is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and the safe and timely dispatch of goods and documents to customer locations. This role ensures smooth warehouse processes, accurate inventory management, and professional delivery services.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and packing of goods.
  • Handle pre-sales activities such as preparing quotations and tender documents.
  • Execute post-sales processes including sales orders, delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, and refunds.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and perform goods receipt transactions.
  • Maintain consignment stock records, manage loan sets, and verify stock counts.
  • Prepare stock adjustments, transfers, and write-off forms to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Support periodic stock takes and generate reports on inventory utilization and excess stock.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure high service levels.

Logistics / Rider Responsibilities

  • Perform timely delivery, collection, and transfer of goods and documents between warehouse and customer locations.
  • Ensure proper handling, packing, and protection of goods during transit.
  • Conduct safe loading and unloading of goods according to SOPs.
  • Handover goods and documents to customers and obtain acknowledgment.
  • Perform on-site verification of orders and inventory at customer locations.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues promptly.
  • Maintain professional communication and relations with customers.
  • Follow all traffic, safety, and company operational procedures while riding.

Requirements

  • Own a reliable motorcycle and valid driving license.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and/or delivery is preferred.
  • Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks.
  • Good organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word).

  • Kempas, Johor

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week (Mon to Fri), 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
