About the Team

Overseeing the Inventory Management Process, Develop and Maintain Transportation system for Export and Import, Ensure Company is in Compliance with laws and regulation by Government and Local Authority, Maintain Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution of Goods in Smooth Operation, Ensure Stock Accuracy and Safeguard Warehouse Security Procedures.

What you can look forward to as Warehouse Manager:

  • Warehouse (70%) Responsible to overseeing the inventory management process, defining strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec materials and reduce aging material.
  • Authorize in maintain warehousing, receiving and distribution operations by initiating coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Logistic (25%)Authorize in developing and maintaining logistic operation for Export and Import to ensures business needs are met, negotiate shipping forwarder cost.
  • Ensure company is in compliance with laws and regulation by Government and Local Authority regarding Warehousing, Receiving, Distribution, Export and Import activities.
  • Quality System (5%)Ensure that the Quality and HSE Management Systems in accordance to the ISO 90001 and ISO 14001 standards respectively are adhered to and implemented at all time

Your Profile as Warehouse Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Materials Management and Warehouse operations management (WMS)
  • Experience in supporting Production of High Mix Low Volume working environment.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, inventory management, shipping cost and custom requirements
  • Multi- tasks - Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines
  • Management of Personnel Resources -- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
