About the Role:

We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of warehouse operations from goods receiving to distribution. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receiving

  • Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming goods from suppliers
  • Check both the quality and quantity of goods
  • Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies or issues

2. Stock Count

  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Update inventory records and maintain organized warehouse space
  • Identify and report any discrepancies and assist in inventory resolution

3. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply for production
  • Work closely with the production planner to align stock with production schedules

4. Goods Distribution

  • Coordinate the distribution of goods to production based on schedules and requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to support production activities

5. Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all goods received, stock levels, and goods issued

Requirements:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Able to stand and move around for extended periods

Comfortable working in a factory environment
