Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Content and Engagement

  2. Social Media Management: Lead the planning, development, and scheduling of compelling content across all social media channels. This includes managing the relationship with external vendors (e.g., agencies, freelancers) to produce assets, managing community engagement, and monitoring performance against key metrics.

  3. Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on growing the subscriber base and improving engagement rates.
  4. Digital Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor and analyse website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports with clear, actionable insights to optimize digital strategy and improve performance.

  5. Digital Asset Management: Drive content creativity and manage the platform for storing and organizing digital assets (images, videos, documents).

  6. Corporate Communications and Public Relations

  7. Content Production: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality communication materials for both internal and external audiences, including press releases, news articles, executive speeches, official notices etc.

  8. Media Relations: Manage relationships with media contacts, coordinate interviews, and track media coverage to ensure positive brand representation.

  9. Brand Governance: Ensure all digital and traditional communications strictly adhere to established brand guidelines and compliance for consistency.

  10. CSR and Event Management

  11. CSR Execution: Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility related events.

  12. Event Support: Organize and support on various company programs and events.
  13. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience, with relevant working experience in corporate communications and public relations
  • Strong bilingual written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:

Flexible Working Hours: 10AM - 7PM

4 days WIO, 1 day WFH (Either Mon/Fri)
