Job Description

Responsibility


• Support ICT activities within premise. 

• Maintain, monitor the security of computer, systems, servers & IT infra.

• Troubleshoot ICT related issue printer, computers, laptops, projector, phone line, CCTV & networks.

• Perform data backup, installation, upgrading and configure IT equipment related device. 

• Manage and maintain IT inventory such as software license, desktop, laptops and etc. 

• Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2)

• Microsoft Office Excel VBA programming. 

• Basic MS SQL query 

• Any other task assigns by management from time to time.

Requirement


• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. 

• Experience in the relevant field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

• Actual ERP implementation/support, experienced (MS Dynamics AX or MS Dynamics AX 365 Finance & Operation or equivalent).

• Hands-on technical experience in support, implementing & administrating network/infrastructure related equipment such as server, storage, backup and end user technical support request.  

• Configure & administrate network/infrastructure related equipment & security control such as Wintel platform, MSO365 email, firewall support, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, anti-virus software, backup solution. 

• Hands-on in Excel report (pivot) and VBA macro programming. 

• Good in analyzing data. 

• Hands-on in Windows Server 2016 onwards.

• Hands on in MSSQL server and query. 

• Support network printer, barcode label and scanner. 

• Good interpersonal & communication skills. 

• Able to work well both as an individual and in a team. 

• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, result oriented, self-motivated and independent. 

• Minimum supervision.
