About the role

Negeri Roadstone Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Civil Engineering Protege to join our dynamic team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Protege, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and support in a full-time, permanent role within our Civil/Structural Engineering division.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project objectives are met
  • Conduct site visits, collect data, and perform analysis to support engineering decision-making
  • Assist on preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation as required
  • Assist with quantity surveying tasks, including cost estimating, procurement, and contract administration
  • Participate in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with engineering design software and construction management tools
