· Working under the Chefs of the Kitchen, you are expected to perform a variety of operational duties including but not limited to washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, disposing of waste and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with hotel standards.

· Cleaning and distributing dish, kitchenware and other items in the kitchen and/or the F&B outlets to ensure that these operate efficiently and effectively.

· Collect and dispose of kitchen waste promptly and hygienically.

· Mopping and sweeping of kitchen and  staff canteen areas as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· To ensure that the Kitchen is run and maintained hygienically, efficiently and safely.

· Notifying superiors of necessary repairs.

· Replenish kitchen supplies such as soap, sanitizer and cleaning materials.

· Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic task when required.

· Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

· Follow all instructions from the Hotel's chef(s) and/or Management.

· You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
