VACANCY: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOREM Impex Ventures (M) Sdn BhdWe are looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our marketing teamThe Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content for our petrol stations and car wash outlets across multiple locations.Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab:Plan, shoot, and edit creative videos and photos highlighting promotions, customer experiences, and daily operations.Manage social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.Develop ideas and campaigns to increase visibility and brand engagement.Work with outlet supervisors to ensure timely content delivery.Report weekly performance and engagement analytics to management.Merancang, merakam dan menyunting video serta gambar kreatif berkaitan promosi, pengalaman pelanggan dan operasi harian.Mengurus platform media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram dan Facebook.Membangunkan idea dan kempen untuk meningkatkan penglibatan pelanggan.Bekerjasama dengan penyelia cawangan untuk memastikan kandungan disiapkan mengikut jadual.Menyediakan laporan mingguan mengenai prestasi dan penglibatan media sosial kepada pihak pengurusan.Requirements / Syarat Kelayakan:Minimum 1–2 years experience in social media content creation, marketing, or videography.Skilled in video editing (CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar).Strong understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.Creative eye for storytelling, camera angles, and presentation.Must provide portfolio or proof of previous content created (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Able to work independently, travel between outlets, and report weekly to HQ (northern region).Sekurang-kurangnya 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam penghasilan kandungan media sosial, pemasaran atau videografi.Mahir menggunakan aplikasi penyuntingan video (CapCut, VN, Canva atau seumpamanya).Faham tentang trend media sosial semasa dan strategi penglibatan pengguna.Kreatif dalam penceritaan visual dan penggambaran.WAJIB menyertakan portfolio atau bukti hasil kerja terdahulu (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, dan lain-lain).Boleh bekerja secara berdikari, bergerak antara cawangan dan hadir ke HQ seminggu sekali (wilayah utara).Salary & Benefits / Gaji & Faedah:Basic Salary (Gaji Pokok): RM2,200Monthly Incentive (Insentif Bulanan): RM0.30 per 1,000 views (max RM500) + RM0.10 per 100 likes (max RM200)Quarterly Bonus (Bonus Suku Tahun): RM500 – RM1,000 based on >15% engagement growthCareer growth opportunities within the company's marketing divisionWork Location / Lokasi:Multiple outlets across the Northern Region (Penang, Kedah, Perak)Weekly reporting to HQHow to Apply / Cara Memohon:Send your resume and sample content or portfolio links (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to:Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview.Hanya calon yang disenarai pendek akan dihubungi untuk temuduga.Job Type: Full-timePay: RM2,200.00 per monthBenefits:Maternity leaveOpportunities for promotionParental leaveProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
