About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Videographer Intern to join our dynamic team at GDEAL SDN BHD. This is a contract position based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the marketing and communications industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing videos for marketing, social media, and product campaigns
  • Produce creative visual content including graphics, short clips, animations, and promotional materials
  • Support digital marketing activities such as social media posting, product promotion, and content scheduling
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in photography sessions for products or events
  • Ensure all creative materials follow brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Strong interest in content creation, videography, and digital marketing
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Portfolio or sample work is an advantage (photo/video/design)

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Animate (optional but preferred)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects

Additional skills (bonus):

  • Basic photography/videography knowledge
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
  • Social media marketing understanding
