Job Description

  • Candidate must experiences in handling small team and using collaboration technique in developing chalet business.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood.
  • We need candidate who can expect rapid changing on AsiaCamp progress and come with aggressive effort to establish own/company KPI and achieve it.
  • AsiaCamp provide EPF, SOCSO and SIP.

Main Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the camp and update the reservation forms daily.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate chalet staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with other departments and inhouse company to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
