Key Responsibilities :-
- Responsible in managing the financial operations of the Company and its subsidiaries which include monthly closing of accounts, preparation of management accounts, financial analysis presentation, budgetary planning and control, preparation of financial reports and any other ad-hoc reports.
- Prepare Company's Financial Statement to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Financial Reporting Standards.
- Forecasting and budgeting. Analyses a variety of financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures, cash management, cost projections, for the purpose of providing direction and support, making recommendations, maximizing use of funds, and/or ensuring overall operations are within budget/properly budgeted.
- Provide monthly/quarterly financial management, statutory & supplementary reports on performance of the Company to the Group on time and accurate.
- Responsible for companies Fixed Asset policies on assets sighting, additions and write off in compliance
- Drive financial and operational improvements.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and provide governance framework in line with Company's policies and compliance requirements.
- Responsible in overall store room functions by implementing arrays of controls to ensure inventory level are sufficient to meets maintenance work orders requisition
- Monitoring controls over inventory system function to ensure accurate inventories cost are presented in financial statement
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments, projects and reporting tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, MACPA).
- Membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in property management, property investment, retail or F&B industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity, professionalism and strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful and strong in problem-solving with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
