Assistant Planning Manager

Join one of Kedah's leading property developers and take charge of planning, coordination, and project efficiency. We're looking for a proactive team player with strong technical and leadership skills to ensure smooth project execution from planning to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to manage project planning and timelines.
- Prepare claims, quotations, and consultant appointments accurately and on schedule.
- Lead and guide the planning team to achieve performance excellence.
- Review and update project forecasts, progress, and reports to management monthly.
- Liaise closely with local authorities to obtain necessary project approvals.
- Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in property development or project planning.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
