About the role

As a Procurement Executive at Crystalace Deco Sdn. Bhd., you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient procurement of materials and services required for the company's operations. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and involves a variety of administrative and purchasing-related responsibilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Source, select, and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and service with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Handle both local and import purchases according to the planned delivery schedule.
  • Assist in arranging vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, coordinate delivery schedules, and monitor the quality of purchased materials.
  • Monitor and coordinate deliveries between suppliers and ensure timely arrival of items at the site/store.
  • Maintain complete and updated purchasing records, data, and pricing in the system.
  • Match all supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before processing.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs accordingly.
  • Follow up with suppliers on the latest ongoing promotions or deals.
  • Monitor export and import shipment processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely updates and shipment arrangements.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is essential to work with our Mandarin-speaking suppliers).
  • Own transport is required.
