The Security Supervisor provides essential on-site supervision and operational control to maintain the safety and security of the premises. Ultimately, you need to ensure the effective management of security personnel, proactive risk monitoring, and accurate documentation of all incidents.

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of all in-house and outsourced security guards.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports for all incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences.
  • Conduct weekly operational checks and monitoring of all CCTV surveillance systems.
  • Proactively monitor the premises to detect and deter any illegal or unauthorized activities on site.
  • Observe and report on the activities of site tenants to ensure compliance with site regulations.
  • Be available on-site to handle ad-hoc security assignments and fulfill management requests as required.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.

JOB SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security, Safety or other equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in security operations, surveillance, or administration is preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant field exposure are welcome to apply.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, to facilitate project documentation, communication, and collaboration.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability: Takes responsibility for actions, decisions and deliverables.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Adhere to the team's expectations and guidelines; fulfils team responsibilities; demonstrates personal commitment to the team.
