Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and customer-obsessed Premiere Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our high-value customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, urgency, and exceptional care.
You will manage inquiries end-to-end, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a premium service experience that reflects Bjak's commitment to excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to think proactively to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own all customer communications (primarily via live chat and calls) from initial contact through to full resolution.
- Provide premium-level support by delivering accurate information, personalised assistance, and timely solutions.
- Maintain in-depth product and process knowledge to guide customers effectively.
- Act as the voice and advocate for our customers by identifying recurring issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate follow-up for all customer matters.
- Proactively highlight customer trends, gaps, and insights that can improve our products, services, and overall experience.
- Uphold all service quality standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.
Requirements
- Full work-from-office at 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama.
- Willing and able to work on shift schedules, 5.5 days a week.
- Possessing own transportation is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume, and international working environment.
- Strong empathy, communication skills, and customer-first attitude.
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
- Full training (theory and hands-on) will be provided.
