Responsibilities:

  • Handling paperwork related to leases, renewals, and tenancy agreements.
  • Assisting in routine property inspections.
  • Responding to tenant enquiries (email, phone, or in person).
  • Preparing simple financial reports or summaries.
  • Attending to owners or tenants complaints.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or a bachelor's programme in the relevant field.
  • Strong interest in developing skills in accounting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback.
  • Ability to commit to the full internship duration of a minimum of 3 months.
