Jobscope: Supervisor

Sebagai seorang Supervisor, anda bertanggungjawab membantu pengurusan dalam memastikan kelancaran operasi harian restoran. Anda adalah penghubung antara pihak pengurusan dan staf operasi, serta memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan standard perkhidmatan, makanan dan kebersihan sentiasa dipatuhi.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  1. Menyelia Operasi Harian

  2. Memastikan setiap bahagian restoran (dapur, servis, kaunter) berfungsi dengan baik dan teratur.

  3. Menggantikan tugasan staf sekiranya perlu untuk memastikan operasi tidak tergendala.

  4. Memantau Prestasi Staf

  5. Memastikan staf melaksanakan tugasan dengan betul, mengikut SOP dan memberikan perkhidmatan terbaik.

  6. Memberikan tunjuk ajar serta membantu menyelesaikan masalah kecil dalam pasukan.

  7. Menjaga Kualiti Perkhidmatan dan Makanan

  8. Memastikan semua makanan yang disediakan memenuhi standard kualiti Bumbu Babah.

  9. Memantau layanan pelanggan agar mesra, profesional dan konsisten.

  10. Mengurus Jadual dan Kehadiran Staf

  11. Membantu menyediakan jadual kerja dan memastikan staf cukup setiap syif.

  12. Merekod dan melaporkan kehadiran serta disiplin staf kepada pihak pengurusan.

  13. Memastikan Kebersihan dan Keselamatan

  14. Memastikan premis, dapur dan kawasan makan sentiasa bersih dan selamat.

  15. Mematuhi garis panduan keselamatan makanan dan kerja.

  16. Menangani Aduan Pelanggan dan Isu Harian

  17. Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan segera.

  18. Melaporkan isu yang lebih besar kepada pengurus dengan tepat dan segera.

  19. Menyokong Pengurusan dalam Kawalan Inventori

  20. Memantau stok bahan mentah harian dan melaporkan keperluan tambahan.

  21. Membantu dalam penerimaan barang dan susun atur stok.

  22. Membantu dalam Latihan Staf Baharu

  23. Memberikan tunjuk ajar dan bimbingan asas kepada staf baharu semasa tempoh percubaan.

  24. Menyokong Promosi dan Program Keahlian

  25. Memastikan staf memaklumkan pelanggan tentang promosi semasa dan program keahlian.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
