We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. If you're passionate about digital marketing, skilled at building client relationships, and eager to drive growth in a competitive environment, this role is for you

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with new and existing clients (Agencies/Advertisers) daily via phone, chat, and email, identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
  • Enhance client experience by driving optimal product adoption.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support, acting as a trusted advisor on advertising solutions.
  • Identify client trends, resolve challenges, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Create and share success stories by showcasing how clients grow using our products.
  • Utilize multiple tools to communicate effectively and achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, B2B sales, or online advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with email and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable connecting with clients through multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
