Client Info:

Our client, a reputable construction consulting company, is seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to oversee planning projects, manage submissions, and ensure smooth coordination with clients, internal teams, and authorities.

Position: Senior Town Planner

Location: Sri Petaling

Responsibilities

  • Planning, managing and monitoring projects to ensure smooth operations from initiation to completion.
  • Lead, delegate, manage and coordinate with team members to execute project matters effectively.
  • Attend to project, client and authority-related issues and matters as required.
  • Advise and provide consultation to clients on planning requirements, submissions and related processes.
  • Handle relationships with authorities and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on submissions.
  • Advise management on project progress, team members' performance, and resources required for operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling and submitting Planning Approvals.
  • Strong understanding of planning regulations, guidelines, and local authority requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Professional, detail-oriented and able to handle issues proactively.

Remuneration packages:

Basic: RM 3.5k - RM4.5k +-

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: 5 days' work week, Mon to Fri

Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9am - 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
