About the role

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team at JITU RANCANG SDN BHD' in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. As a Town Planner, you will play a vital role in shaping the urban design and development of our client projects. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare layout plans, planning reports, and development proposals.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants on submission and approval processes.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure all planning works comply with local authority guidelines and development policies.
  • Assist in project coordination and documentation.
  • Support senior planners in preparing development master plans and related tasks.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Board of Town Planners Malaysia (LJT) is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the local planning regulations and policies in Selangor and Klang Valley
