Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of school facilities and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, AC, or piping-related issues, depending on area of specialization.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance work as scheduled to minimize downtime and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support facility improvement projects, installation of new systems, and refurbishment works.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, tools used, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and school policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repair works when required.
  • Assist in general building upkeep and other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skilled in at least one area of specialization: Electrical, Air-Conditioning, or Piping/Plumbing etc.
  • Basic understanding of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,700.00 per month
