Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process customer RFQs (Request for Quotation) promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations, price proposals, and related documentation.
  • Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to track feedback and potential orders.
  • Maintain and update sales records, quotation logs, and CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery information.
  • Support order processing, including PO verification and coordination with internal departments (CS, logistics).
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and tracking sheets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination (preferably in B2B or technical industry). (Fresh Grad is welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
