Assistant Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions and financial reporting.
Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate work.
Review monthly management reports, cash flow, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective accounting controls.
Manage ad-hoc projects and provide financial advice to management.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous), part qualified are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (AutoCount knowledge is an advantage).
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage a small team effectively.
