JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Assist in recruitment function.

2) Assist in developing and ensuring compliance with organizational polices and procedures that support the goals of the organization.

3) Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and laws.

4) Running employee relations programs and resolving conflicts.

5) Assist in managing performance evaluations and career development plans for employees.

6) Assist in developing and implementing employees training, development and performance maintenance.

7) Assist in Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance review.

8) Manage employee records and HR files

9) Assist in payroll processing & staff claims

10) Assist in accounting data entry & support the finance team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Must be familiar with country-specific laws and regulations governing human resources.
  • Basic knowledge of HR & accounting processes (attendance, payroll, employee records)
  • Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Malay language skills.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to human resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
