Job Purpose
· Handle and maintain KOL coordination
· Negotiation and maintain renewal of T&C of KOL agreements
· To explore and analyze existing and potential KOL
· To host periodical supplier meetings
Core Job Duties
Handle and maintain KOL coordination
o Liaise with regional / local KOLs for various engagements
o
Negotiate T&C of KOL engagement contract
o
Conduct and lead periodical meetings
with KOLs to monitor the progress status of deliverables
at least quarterly basis
o Coordinate and enter into collaborative R&D between KOL and Topcon
o Establish KOL management budget and be responsible for monitoring the spending
Upstream marketing
o
Request and receive feedback
from KOLs/key customers on Topcon equipment usability and features
o Liaise with sales and application specialist to understand the
marketability
o Pull together usability improvement and new feature requests, and
feedback to product managers
at
least quarterly basis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Optometry or above (Must)
- MBBS Ophthalmology
- Experience in
Ophthalmology or Optometry practice
for
minimum 5 years - Very
strong in communication and negotiation - Broad and deep network in Ophthalmology and Optometry world
- Positive and Cooperative attitude
