Handle distributor agreements
- To liaise with distributors / suppliers for new or renewal of distributor agreements
- Proactively monitor the expiration of such contracts and take actions appropriately

Explore and analyse existing and potential distributors
- Liaise with Channel Managers and collect market information of existing and potential distributors in
- the region
- Assess distributors’ performance and capability to develop reports for Company management
- Propose new / additional distributors in the region based on the assessment report

Explore and negotiate third party products that can supplement Company’s product portfolio
- Study competitive landscape in Eyecare industry and develop reports for Company management
- Liaise with Application Specialist Div and MA & Upstream marketing Specialist to understand missing
- pieces/pain points.
- Identify potential principals who can supply supplemental products (incl. software/solution) to Company
- Develop proposals to the principals for synergetic collaboration
- Negotiate T&C with the principals

Others
- Team work
- To strictly comply with predetermined KPIs and periodically and voluntarily report the status on weekly basis
- To strictly follow company’s job dispatching/assignment system to prevent errors and delay from happening

Continuous improvement:

- To actively propose improved way of doing things to make it more efficient and accurate.
- To improve customers’ satisfaction level

Build robust and sustainable operation:

- To develop and keep updating detailed SOPs and make sure adherence to them

Skill Development:

- To adhere to continuous trainings and self-study plan, and make sure the progress of the execution

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (must)
- Master’s degree (optional)
- Experience in Eyecare / optical industry for min 10 years
- Relevant experience of partner sourcing and negotiation for minimum 3 years

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
