About the role

Snap n Snack Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Service Crew to join our dynamic hospitality team in our Melaka location. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and seating customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area
  5. Assisting with food preparation and stocking as needed
  6. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  7. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  8. Supporting the team in other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry, preferably as a server or waiter/waitress
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
