About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead / Technical Manager to drive backend development for new strategic projects. This is a key technical leadership position where you will lead architecture design, apply AI-assisted programming tools, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end backend architecture design and development for new projects
  • Apply Go as the core language and leverage AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli, Claude-code)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and guiding developers
  • Solve complex technical challenges quickly and efficiently
  • Continuously optimize backend architecture and improve system performance

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Go and backend frameworks/middleware
  • Experience using AI coding tools in real projects
  • Familiarity with client-side dev processes (Android/iOS)
  • 5+ years backend experience; Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM25, RM45,000.00 per month
