Company Description

A leading plastic packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and optimize the production operations.

Role Description

The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and sustainability targets. This role will play a key leadership position in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team development.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Plastics, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
  • 10–15 years of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in injection molding processes.
  • Proven experience in high-volume packaging production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mold design, maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in improving productivity, reducing scrap, and managing large manufacturing teams.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and OEE improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM25,000.00 per month
