We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as AR Senior Accountant reporting to the Finance Manager – Account Receivable. This full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Finance Operation and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform timely and accurate cash application of customer payments across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with invoice records and minimizing unapplied cash.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate AR reports, including aging analysis, unapplied cash summaries, and customer account reconciliations to support financial visibility
  • Monitor and support revenue recognition activities

Key requirements

  • At least 3 years of related experience in cash application, billing and financial reporting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
  • Independent and self-motivated but also work with the team
  • Experience in working in shared service environment preferable.
  • Recognized Diploma in business preferable
