Job Description:

  1. Machine Operation

  2. Operate machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  3. Monitor machine performance and product output throughout the shift.
  4. Adjust machine settings as instructed by the supervisor to achieve the required quality and production targets.

  5. Ensure all machines are operating at optimal performance and in compliance with safety standards.

  6. Production Monitoring

  7. Check the quality of products produced (shape, weight, moisture, and appearance).

  8. Immediately report any machine faults, product defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor or engineer.

  9. Record daily production data accurately in production logs.

  10. Maintenance & Cleaning

  11. Support maintenance team during minor repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

  12. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report recurring issues to the supervisor.
  13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and surrounding areas.

  14. Safety & Compliance

  15. Follow company safety policies, wear appropriate PPE, and ensure safe operation of machinery.

  16. Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or accidents immediately.
  17. Comply with factory rules, environmental, and quality management procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
