Job Description:

  • Scheduling & Task Management : Creating and maintaining project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress against deadlines.
  • Communication : Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, including regular status updates and meeting coordination.
  • Risk Management : Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their impact.
  • Procurement : Managing the procurement process for project needs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Reporting : Preparing project reports and dashboards to track progress, identify issues, and inform decision-making.
  • Administrative Tasks : Managing project documentation, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
  • Issue Resolution : Identifying and addressing project issues promptly, escalating concerns to the project manager when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Possessed Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Attention To Detail: Ability to accurately track project data and identify potential issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively.
  • Teamwork And Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant project management software.
