Job Descriptions:

  1. To strategize and manage multiple resources across multiple departments in own initiative and efforts; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain department operation and Company Business Planning Function.
  2. To outline long-term, short-term and yearly company vision, set the target and manage organization's company's action policy, organised the discussion with top management and gained approval.
  3. To propose Strategy Prioritization to determine the order in which tasks or projects should be completed by evaluating the benefits and impact that completion would bring and get management's approval.
  4. To follow up with Global Office (GO) / Region office (RO) direction and Malaysia Regulations and perform internal evaluation; discussion with respective department, evaluate the risk and opportunity and determine priority theme.
  5. To manage overall operations are in place including control all variety of statistical data, analyses, develop planning studies before compiling proposal & performance reports and submitting them to managements in a timely manner in support new and updated plans, requirement, target and regulations.
  6. To evaluate and manage subordinate on business analyzing task such as business proposal activities from data analysis, market analysis, cost optimization consideration, perform measuring effectiveness, plan scenario modelling and prepare strategy road mapping and ensure completion and visualize within time given. Advise and comment whenever necessary.
  7. To plan the subordinate's development path and coach subordinates to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the department.
  8. Undertake and perform any project, task and duties that are assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematic, Research Analysis and Planning or any discipline of studies
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years of related working experiences
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Sound knowledge in Supply Chain / Logistic operations management. Those with experiences in Business Planning will have an added advantage.
  • Analytical mind and good numerical skills.
  • Excellent in financial acumen.
  • Good intuition to make crucial judgement calls on production or market related issue
