Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Executive based in Subang Jaya. The Claims Executive will be responsible for handling and managing client claims efficiently and ensuring accurate processing. The role entails analyzing and verifying claim documents, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring compliance with claims policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing and verifying claims
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and tools is an advantage
  • Experience in a related field or the healthcare industry is a plus
