  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
  • Proper setting up of items at customer's premise, i.e., proper handling of items without damage/scratches
  • Proper dismantling of customer's old items upon leaving customer's premise
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Accepting payments for delivered items when needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs, for example signed Goods Received Note/Delivery Note received from customers upon successful delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

License/Certification:

  • GDL License (Preferred)
