Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations) for multiple entities.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing models.
  • Review monthly management accounts and financial statements; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretarial firms, and government authorities.
  • Oversee all tax and regulatory filings, statutory audits, and required documentation.
  • Lead process improvements and support new system implementations.
  • Contribute to building and guiding the finance team as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking, Finance, or Fintech.
  • Experience leading or coaching a team.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, accounting systems, and automation tools (API, RPA, MACRO, VBA).
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable challenging existing processes.
  • Willingness to commute to the Singapore office 3–4 days per week during probation, with transportation allowance provided.
