Job Description:

I. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries through online chat or voice channels, ensuring a responsive and empathetic customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support various customer service initiatives, while collecting and reporting customer feedback and market insights.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by managing and categorizing customer complaints, performing basic data analysis, and proposing actionable improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

II. Job Requirements

Professional Competence:

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

  • Prior experience in cross-border e-commerce or customer support roles is highly preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum education level: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Malaysian Certificate of Education).

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.

  • High level of empathy and interpersonal skills essential for effective communication.

  • Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Note: shift work required - 5 working days from Mon to Sun

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
