Job Description
  • Analyze and resolve electrical and technical issues within defined timelines.
  • Evaluate and qualify EOL (End-of-Life) components and second-source (LLI) alternatives.
  • Maintain and update PLM documentation, including BOMs, schematics, manuals, and release notes.
  • Investigate and implement engineering changes and continuous improvement proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, process) to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure designs comply with international safety and machine standards.
  • Provide engineering support for R&D and continuous improvement (CIT) projects.
  • Support global manufacturing and technical teams on electrical-related issues.
  • Perform debugging and electrical testing using tools like oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum/network analyzers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in automation or equipment manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of analog/digital circuit design.
  • Familiarity with global standards: UL, CE, RoHS, EMI, EMC.
  • Hands-on experience with sensors, motor control, and industrial electronics.
