We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who loves fashion, has great taste and enjoys working in a fun, fast paced and dynamic team.

You will design visuals that bring Hegira's story, products and campaigns to life across social media, online ads and retail. This role needs someone who not only creates beautiful designs but also plans ahead because every campaign starts with strong ideas prepared early.

The right person is creative, organized and a strong team player who can balance artistic flair with good time management. You should have a good eye for trends, both local and international and enjoy turning ideas into visuals that make people fall in love with the brand.

You will work closely with the marketing team and directly with the CEO to create visuals that reflect Hegira's identity.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Brand & Creative Design

  2. Develop, design and maintain visual materials that reflect HEGIRA's brand identity and values.

  3. Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels including social media, website, print and digital platforms.
  4. Apply strong design principles (typography, composition, colour harmony) to all creative outputs.

  5. Continuously update and refresh the visual direction to stay relevant with fashion and digital trends

  6. Campaign & Content Creation

  7. Work with the marketing team to plan and design visuals for upcoming campaigns.

  8. Prepare design concepts early so campaigns are smooth and on time.
  9. Create beautiful social media content from static posts to videos and motion graphics.

  10. Attend photoshoots or short videos when needed to ensure creative directions are met.

  11. Marketing Support

  12. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Team to conceptualize creative marketing ideas.

  13. Translate marketing strategies into impactful visuals that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  14. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify relevant content styles, consumer preferences and competitors' creative direction.

  15. Provide creative input and support for events, store displays, packaging, catalogues and promotional materials.

  16. Collaboration & Teamwork

  17. Brainstorm with the CEO and team turn ideas into visuals that connect emotionally with women.

  18. Be proactive in suggesting creative ideas that can improve our campaigns.
  19. Communicate clearly, give feedback, and be open to new directions.

  21. Quality Control & Brand Consistency

  22. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative materials.

  23. Ensure all visuals meet quality standards, reflect brand tone and deliver consistent messaging.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a design role (fashion or lifestyle experience is a bonus).

Skills

  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (basic Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
  • Basic photo and video editing.
  • Strong sense of layout, color and typography.
